Top Ranked Student Scholarship (Nationally & Internationally):
The Top 100 Ranked Students of National & International Certificates will grantee a full scholarship, applied for all Programmes.
The Scholarship policy and terms will be provided by the admission department once accepted.

Note: The certificate must be updated by yearly achievement and stamped by the Ministry of Sports and Youth or the Sports Federation (If the student did not manage to achieve any medals yearly, unfortunately the sports scholarship will be removed or to be switched by the new achieved category).
The Tournaments\Championships will be counted for the last played competition either Nationally or Internationally.
Siblings Discount:
Second/Third son or daughter will get 10% scholarship provided that both siblings are enrolled at the same time in the university.
In case of the withdrawal from CUF, the scholarship will be removed.
Second /third siblings who have an ALUMNI (CUF graduate) from CUF will get 10% scholarship locked for all study years.
* Siblings scholarship has no ceiling and is added to any other discounts.
Affiliate Discounts:
Those who are academic staff in other universities, Judiciary, Military, Police, Syndicates and other similar cases would get a 5% discount for the first year only if they submitted the needed documents with their status.
Sama Group Discount:
All Staff working in Sama Group will grantee 50% for their sons/daughters with maximum 2 and only this discount will be applied.
Schools & Partners Discount:
Schools & Partners will get 10% Locked for the 4 years.
Financial Aid Scholarship:
This scholarship is for Orphans, Martyrs’ offspring, financial support, other non-categorized achievements and special cases. The scholarship will start from 5% depending on the university evaluation and decision.
Full Tuition Discount:
If you paid the full tuition fees, you would get a 5% extra discount for the first year.
Full tuition fees discount has no ceiling and are added to any other discounts.
Early Admission Discount:
You can grantee 15% discount locked for the 4 years, if you applied before 15th of August 2025 and paid the deposit before the deadline.
Scholarship & Discounts Terms & Conditions:
- Scholarships & Discounts are Locked for the 4 years up to 50% except for the high profiles (Academic or Sports) /Financial Aid cases based on the university evaluation and decision.
- The student must pass the academic year without any referrals and retakes, in addition to achieving the passing grade to maintain the Merit scholarship or the student will return to the standard fees category.
- Siblings discount has no ceiling and is added to any other discounts.
- All types of Scholarships & Discounts can be added but not the components of each scholarship & discount.
- No Merit Scholarship for referral and retake students.
- The sports certificate must be updated by a yearly achievement and stamped by the Ministry of Sports and Youth or the Sports Federation (If the student did not manage to achieve any medals yearly, unfortunately the sports scholarship will be removed or to be switched by the new achieved category).

Academic Achievement Scholarship:
You can gain an academic achievement scholarship, depending on the following requirements:

- The 1st Ranked student will get a full scholarship for the next year.
- This scholarship will be applied for next year only.
- If your entry scholarships and discounts are below the percentages mentioned, you will get the highest for the next year.

Miscellaneous Fees:
- Application Fees: 1000 EGP (Non-Refundable)
- Transfer Fees: 5000 EGP / 100 GBP (Paid one time & Non-Refundable).
- Medical & Life Insurance: 7000 EGP (Yearly).
- Facility Insurance: 10,000 EGP (Paid one Time – Refundable on graduation if no damage happened).
- Deposit: 25,000 EGP for Egyptians and 500 GBP for International (Should be paid to grantee the early admission discount & reserve your place before being added to the waiting list).
Refund Policy & Deadlines:
- Application fees: Non-Refundable.
- Deposit: Refundable if the university rejected the student and Non-Refundable if the student withdraws after the refund deadline stated by email from the admission.
- The Early Admission deadline is 15th of August 2025, the deposit is non-refundable after 7 working days of the deadline.
- Tuition fees are subjected to an annual increase up to 10% based on the university decision.
- Tuition Fees Withdraw Policy:
- 1st Installment Refundable during the 1st Week of classes (excluding the deposit & Medical Insurance) and Non-Refundable by starting the 2nd Week of classes.
- If the student wants to withdraw after starting the 2nd week of Classes (Sem 1), the 2nd installment should be paid to receive your papers.
- If the student wants to withdraw after starting the 1st week of Classes (Sem 2), the 3rd installment should be paid to receive your papers.
- If the student wants to withdraw before starting the 1st week of Classes (Sem 2), the student will not be charged with the 3rd installment.
- Transportation Fees are non-refundable after the 1st week of classes.
- Facility Insurance: Refundable on graduation, if no damage has occurred.
- The late payment penalty policy is applied after the Installment’s due date at a rate of 2% (compounded) per Week.
- After 1 Month from the payment deadline, if the fees are still unsettled, further actions will be taken.
- The Fees will be paid on Three Installments (40% on Acceptance, 30% on 1st December and 30% by 1st February) and the Medical Insurance fees (7000 EGP).
