Terms & Conditions:
  • Tuition Fees include Administrative Fees & Lab Fees.
  • Only you will pay 7000 EGP Medical & Life Insurance every year & 10000 EGP Facility Insurance for one time (Refundable on graduation if no damage happened).
  • Scholarships & Discounts are Locked for the 4 years, up to 50% except for the high profiles (Academic or Sports) or special cases based on the university evaluation and decision through the Financial Aid Request.
  • The Fees will be paid on Three Installments (40% on Acceptance, 30% on 1st December and 30% by 1st February) and the Medical Insurance fees (7000 EGP).
  • The Medical & Facility Insurance should be paid, in addition to the tuition fees.
  • Tuition fees are subjected to an annual increase up to 10% based on the university decision.
  • Tuition fees’ categories (Merit Scholarship) are based on the high school academic performance.
  • All scholarships are counted after calculating the Merit scholarship category.
  • The daily rate of the Central Bank will be applied for all paid foreign currencies.
Miscellaneous Fees:
  • Application Fees: 1000 EGP (Non-Refundable)
  • Transfer Fees: 5000 EGP / 100 GBP (Paid one time & Non-Refundable).
  • Medical & Life Insurance: 7000 EGP (Yearly).
  • Facility Insurance: 10,000 EGP (Paid one Time – Refundable on graduation if no damage happened).
  • Deposit: 25,000 EGP for Egyptians and 500 GBP for International (Should be paid to grantee the early admission discount & reserve your place before being added to the waiting list).
Refund Policy & Deadlines:
  • Application fees: Non-Refundable.
  • Deposit: Refundable if the university rejected the student and Non-Refundable if the student withdraws after the refund deadline stated by email from the admission.
  • The Early Admission deadline is 15th of August 2025, the deposit is non-refundable after 7 working days of the deadline.
  • Tuition fees are subjected to an annual increase up to 10% based on the university decision.
  • Tuition Fees Withdraw Policy:
    • 1st Installment Refundable during the 1st Week of classes (excluding the deposit & Medical Insurance) and Non-Refundable by starting the 2nd Week of classes.
    • If the student wants to withdraw after starting the 2nd week of Classes (Sem 1), the 2nd installment should be paid to receive your papers.
    • If the student wants to withdraw after starting the 1st week of Classes (Sem 2), the 3rd installment should be paid to receive your papers.
    • If the student wants to withdraw before starting the 1st week of Classes (Sem 2), the student will not be charged with the 3rd
  • Transportation Fees are non-refundable after the 1st week of classes.
  • Facility Insurance: Refundable on graduation, if no damage has occurred.
  • The late payment penalty policy is applied after the Installment’s due date at a rate of 2% (compounded) per Week.
  • After 1 Month from the payment deadline, if the fees are still unsettled, further actions will be taken.
  • The Fees will be paid on Three Installments (40% on Acceptance, 30% on 1st December and 30% by 1st February) and the Medical Insurance fees (7000 EGP).
